Training

Since its founding in 1925, TMA has served as a training resource for small and mid-size manufacturers. We help our members educate and certify their personnel at all levels - from entry to apprentice to owner/manager.

To operate effectively in today's economy, manufacturers need to continuously improve the training of their employees by providing them the skills required to excel in an environment characterized by high-tech automation and increased productivity. TMA training is focused on meeting members' unique goals and filling the knowledge gaps in their workforce. Our programs are designed around employee schedules and member needs and budgets in order to help small and midsize manufacturers operate, maintain and troubleshoot their businesses.

TRAINING AT TMA
TMA provides on-site training at our Schaumburg, Illinois facility where we offer personalized and convenient in-person training from instructors with vast experience in manufacturing. Many of our classes incorporate hands-on learning with industrial-level training equipment for a real-world, interactive experience. We also make it convenient by bringing training to our members' facilities when necessary. Click HERE to take a virtual tour of our hands-on training facility. Click HERE to view our class catalog.
