Every small and mid-size manufacturer is impacted by the laws, regulations, and policies passed in the halls of state capitols and local government offices across the country. TMA works on behalf of its members to educate policy-makers about manufacturing issues, and alerts members to legislative risks and opportunities. The purpose of the GRC is:
✓ To provide feedback and support for the Association’s public policy and advocacy agendas. ✓ To educate, inform and assist members when needed or requested on government related issues affecting their companies. ✓ To host political leaders and opinion makers in order to develop relationships and educate them about manufacturing. |

CANDIDATE QUESTIONNAIRE
|
Each election, TMA develops manufacturing-focused candidate questionnaires that are distributed to all state, county, and municipal candidates. The candidates' responses to the questionnaire are provided to members and help direct TMA PAC resources to pro-manufacturing candidates at all levels of government.

ADVOCACY INFORMATION

Through TMA News, the TMA News Bulletin, and TMA social media distribute an ongoing stream of relevant news and information regarding federal, state, county and municipal activities that impact TMA members.

MAYORS FOR MANUFACTURING

TMA hosts an annual Mayors for Manufacturing breakfast designed to foster a more impactful relationship between the manufacturing community and local leaders.
