Manufacturing Leadership Program

General Information:
With close to 100 years of experience, TMA is the leading authority in educating manufacturers in Illinois.  The TMA Manufacturing Leadership Program is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of your organization's current manager/supervisors who anticipate taking on higher leadership roles within their organization.  It was designed by successful manufacturing executives, for successful manufacturing executives.

Participants will be exposed to key concepts in all major business functions of a manufacturing company.  A challenging curriculum with application to the manufacturing world provides a unique learning experience.  Participants will be able to put new ideas into action after leaving each monthly session. The program will challenge students with the class capstone project, forcing them to put the class lessons into practice.

The MLP has an individual focus within a group-learning environment.  Participants will be able to network and build relationships with others in their cohort.

MLP sharpens participants’ skills with study of each of the functional areas of a manufacturing company in order to help them make confident, well-informed decisions as a manager. The year-long program will challenge participants and develop teamwork and communication skills to stand up to the rigors of executive leadership.
