AIAG Core Tools Training
TMA is excited to offer for the first time Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Core Tools training! This will be to the AIAG Core Tools Standards. This two-day, 14-hour class will include training on the following:  Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

Internal Auditing 
This workshop focuses on establishing and integrating an effective internal auditing process and initiative, with a significant emphasis on understanding and utilizing practical auditing techniques. As part of this seminar, the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard will be reviewed and evaluated, in order to fully understand the impact of the requirements and how they will affect the internal audit process. It addresses interpreting the requirements and ensuring system compliance, as well as ensuring maximum value added to your organization. Includes team formation and assignments, planning, reviewing the documentation, conducting the audit, obtaining team consensus, evaluation of findings, reporting non-conformances, and follow-up activities.

Blueprint Reading
This 16-hour introductory program explains the importance of engineering drawings in manufacturing, and thoroughly describes how drawings are portrayed and information communicated. Those who should attend include all production, inspection, sales, purchasing, drafting, engineering, and quality personnel who are responsible for interpreting and/or manufacturing from engineering drawings.

Comprehensive GD&T  
The main goal of this course is to bring all participants to an operational level of understanding of all GD&T concepts, applications, and inspection. This course is a thorough introduction for those with a little to moderate level of experience with GD&T, as well as those who wish to advance their understanding of an application to an advanced level. The course will focus on actual industry drawings utilizing GD&T concepts.

Train the Mentor
Quality mentors positively impact the training outcomes of new employees and, therefore, help an organization achieve progress. Individuals often are selected to serve as mentors because they are among the most experienced workers on the floor. Additionally, they have extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of a job. Imparting that experience and knowledge onto others is a whole other skill requiring patience, empathy, time, and more. This interactive class is designed to offer mentors the tools and resources they need to effectively and sustainably train skilled workers, including apprentices.
