This program is designed to prepare your high-potential future leaders to their future roles, using a focused, collaborative and intentional development planning process.
The IDP Cohort approach blends the best of a peer group learning environment, with personalized coaching, plus a skills, behavior and interests assessments to create a robust development plan specifically for your company’s high-potential employees and next generation leaders.

The combinations of current role and potential future role are endless, and the approach we take is personalized to accommodate each of them. Applicable at any and all levels – skills learned with the cohort are applicable to all, while the assessments, individual development planning and personalized coaching are targeted at each participants unique development needs.
The program begins with a skills and interests assessment and engages the participant and his or her leader(s) in productive development discussions through which professional aspirations are explored and professional development goals are set. The development coach will have 1:1 dialogs with the participant and the company leaders involved, in order to gain additional input to ensure all parties perspectives are incorporated into the Individual Development Plan (IDP) and all goals can be met. The participant is then guided by development coaches and takes ownership for working on his or her IDP goals each quarter. Periodic, short development updates / consultation sessions onsite at your business with leadership to check and adjust the IDP are integrated into the program.
Additionally, participants meet monthly on the last Tuesday of every month for a half-day each March through November at the TMA to engage in shared learning experiences that benefit the entire cohort. Topics such as foundation of functional teams, communicating with impact and influencing others, conflict management and more will be offered, and topics will be adjusted to meet the needs of the cohort once formed.
Classroom time will also be used to debrief assessments that they all participants will take as part of the class – DISC, MBTI, Prevue Assessment, TKI, and others. Each tool is valuable to each person individually and collectively for the cohort as they experience them.
Two payment options available. This will be coordinated with Chatfield Global directly upon enrollment.
NOTE: Dates and times subject to change; employers will be notified of any changes. Classes, workshops, or special events require a minimum number of registrants in order to run as scheduled. In the event of a cancellation, TMA will refund your fee IN FULL.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will be assessed a $25 Cancellation Fee. Companies will be charged IN FULL if cancellations are not received in writing, by email (email@example.com) or faxed (847-825-0041) by noon 5 business days prior to the start date of the class or workshop. No refunds will be provided after this time. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
