The action steps a business owner can take to make their business Viable, Stable, Sustainable and Profitable.  Businesses with those characteristics are Transferable.  

 
The state of the Manufacturing Industry 
  • Goal: To provide a general overview of the manufacturing industry, particularly in the Chicagoland area
Is your business transferable? 
  • Goal: To delineate and describe what transferability means for the private business owner.  Specifically defining what transferability is not, and what components underlie it.
Understanding creating Transferable Value 
  • Goal:  Not to describe how valuations are conducted, but rather to understand the components of value in a manufacturing business in the 21st century
Where do we go from here? 
  • Goal: To provide insight into how Wipfli’s BTG approaches the transition problem and how attendees can get started.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All cancellations will be assessed a $25 Cancellation Fee. Companies will be charged IN FULL if cancellations are not received in writing, by email (education@tmaillinois.org) or faxed (847-825-0041) by noon 5 business days prior to the start date of the class or workshop. No refunds will be provided after this time. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
