Overview of the New ISO 9001: 2015
This half-day seminar is for all personnel involved in the development and implementation of their quality and business systems. It will evaluate the new ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard. It will encompass a review of the entire ISO 9001:2015 International Standard and focus on clarifying the recent changes, which have been incorporated. In addition, specific guidance and direction will be provided with regard to the “intent of the standard” and the most effective method of integrating the new requirements.

CNC Training Level 1
This course combines theory and hands-on training in set-up, operation, and programming of a CNC mill and CNC lathe. Emphasis is placed upon developing safe work habits to operate CNC machines. After successful completion of this course, students will be able to demonstrate skills in programming, set-up, and operation, and manufacture small parts using a CNC lathe and mill.

This 16-hour introductory program explains the importance of engineering drawings in manufacturing, and thoroughly describes how drawings are portrayed and information communicated. Those who should attend include all production, inspection, sales, purchasing, drafting, engineering, and quality personnel who are responsible for interpreting and/or manufacturing from engineering drawings.

Intro to CMM
Get the most out of your measuring equipment and metrology personnel with a 3-day CMM class from Made to Measure. This course is for inspection, engineering, and entry level metrologists. All participants will get an introduction to DMIS software using ArcoCAD, Raven, and PC DMIS.

This workshop focuses on establishing and integrating an effective internal auditing process and initiative, with a significant emphasis on understanding and utilizing practical auditing techniques.
